It’s an old quote, but a good one.
Your identity/logo/branding is your ‘face’ to your customers. What is it currently saying about your business?
Look at your current visual identity and ask yourself – is it looking trustworthy, or a bit dodgy? Is it looking fresh and contemporary, or left behind in a time warp? Is it positive and strong, or are you putting up a barrier implying that you are going to be difficult to deal with? Is it clear, consistent and memorable, or forgettable and confusing for your poor customer?
If you answer yes to any of these second selections, then maybe a new identity is what your company needs.
We all love new clothes that fit well and make us look great, maybe it is time for your to ‘spruce up’ your identity. Refresh what works and replace what doesn’t.
And it’s not all pretty colours and little squiggles – it’s all carefully considered for what works for your company and what communicates to draw new business and strengthens your relationship with your existing clients. And hey, you look professional and fresh, and your staff feel invigorated.
